Our events have become a great way to understand the appetite for a subject and understand what employers are keen to explore. In 2018, our EVP / Employer Brand event had twice as many registrations as any other event that year, which tells us that this is still a focus for talent teams. 

If recruiting is becoming more like marketing each day, Talent acquisition teams now need to have a strategy for everything from video to SEO to social media or else risk getting left behind. So this event will look at what challenges and opportunities employers will face as they build or scale their brand and value proposition.

This event will cover:

Who should attend?

Our events are aimed at the Recruitment Manager level and above. You are welcome to bring two people per company. We encourage the manager level to bring a more junior team member for great learning and networking.
