What is The RL100?
The Resourcing Leaders 100 is an 'invite by recommendation only' members group, exclusive to Australia's most inventive and influential Director Level/Heads of Recruitment/TA/Resourcing; people not afraid to challenge the status quo.
The goal of the group is to share combined experience and expertise with the broader market, to best equip the in-house recruitment industry for the challenges we all face.
As RL100 develops, we will be generating knowledge-based content that will be made freely available across the industry. This content will also drive supporting events, which anyone in the community will be able to attend, regardless of level.
As well as regular lunches throughout the year, we are planning a two-day Resourcing Leader Summit in Q4 2019.
Our RL100 group is intended to ultimately provide new directions and drive change within the Talent Acquisition/Resourcing functions.
